Mineral water is a natural water produced from a well or spring that naturally contains at least 250 parts per million total dissolved solids. These dissolved solids would, under most circumtances, be considered impurities. However some people believe that the dissolved minerals provide specific health benefits. There are few rigorous studies to support the benefits of mineral water produced from specific sources. However, the producer is not allowed to add any additional minerals to the water or claim that the mineral water provides any "health benefit"
Nowadays,there are so many brands of mineral water available. I believe,as consumers,we only concern of 2 things:
1.whether the mineral water is safe to consume or not
2.that the price of it is as low as possible since it is our routine consumption
